This dish is perfect for hot weather—easy to make and easy to eat.
Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut the chayote squash into chunks. Season the ground pork with black pepper, garlic, and 1 tablespoon seasoning powder, then mix well. Rinse the pickled radish, squeeze out excess water, and cut into short pieces. Boil the pasta until tender, then rinse with water and drain in a colander. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil over the pasta to prevent sticking.

Add 1 liter (about 4 1/4 cups) water and the can of chicken broth to a pot. Add the cleaned pork spare ribs and chayote squash, and simmer until tender. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the ground pork and cook until browned. Add the pickled radish and stir well.

To serve, place the pasta in a bowl, top with the sautéed pork mixture, and ladle the broth with chayote over it. Sprinkle with black pepper, onion, and cilantro. Enjoy a sweet, refreshing bowl of pasta soup.
