Julienne the daikon radish into 5 cm thin strips. Soak in water and then drain well. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm pieces, soak in water, and then drain.

Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl to make the dressing.

Cut the bacon into 7 mm pieces and fry.

Arrange the mizuna, daikon, and bacon on a plate. Top with the dressing.
