Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/6Daikon radish
  • 1/3 bunchMizuna
  • 4to 5 slices Bacon
  • 5Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp★Grainy mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp★Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp★Grapeseed oil or olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Julienne the daikon radish into 5 cm thin strips. Soak in water and then drain well. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm pieces, soak in water, and then drain.

  2. 2

    Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl to make the dressing.

  3. 3

    Cut the bacon into 7 mm pieces and fry.

    Arrange the mizuna, daikon, and bacon on a plate. Top with the dressing.
