Cooking Instructions

In a wide bowl and add All-purpose flour, salt, 1/ 4 cup of oil and mix everything well with your hands.

Now add water as required and prepare a semi-tight dough. Add some drops of oil to Dough and grease it on all sides. Now cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now, to make Samosa stuffing, first take four boiled potatoes.wand add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, chaat masala. Now add break crumbs. Now, mix everything well and make balls.

Now, take a portion of Dough and Dough and roll it to medium thickness on a platform. and cut the Dough into small puri.

Now take a puri and cut cross and keep small space in the centre. Place ball in the center and fold it one by one.

Now fry them on low flames.Now your Rose roll ups is entirely ready, and you can enjoy them.
