Matcha & Green Tea Double Tea Rice

Matcha bread and desserts are delicious and I'm a big fan of them. So then I thought for tea rice, instead of just green tea, how about adding matcha as well?!
If the matcha isn't dissolving, add it while the tea is still somewhat warm and dissolve (some clumping is fine). Recipe by Ringo19

Steps
- 1
Wash the rice. Place the green tea in 200-300 ml of hot water and allow to cool. Then add the matcha and dissolve.
- 2
Add Step 1 together with the sake and salt to the rice cooker. Add enough water to come up to the 2 rice cup line of the rice cooker. Turn it on and cook the rice. While cooking, you'll smell the aromatic tea fragrance.
- 3
Once the rice cooker has finished, it's complete!
- 4
Make into an onigiri to add a bit of color to a bento lunch box.
