Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupscooked Rice or Leftover Rice
  2. 1 tspCumin seeds
  3. 1 TspMustard seeds
  4. 2 piecescinnamon
  5. 1red chilli
  6. 1 Tspblack pepper
  7. Pinchhing
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. 2 tbspBesan (Gram flour)
  10. 1/2 TSPCinnamon powder
  11. 1 TspTurmeric
  12. 1 cupchopped onion
  13. 1chopped Green chilli
  14. 2 TbspCooking Oil
  15. As requiredCoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with oil add cumin seeds and mustard seed then add pieces of cinnamon, red chili and onion, green chili, and a pinch of hing cooked well. Now add Besan mix well for 3- 4 minutes. Add black pepper, cinnamon powder, Turmeric, and salt mix well.

    Now add rice and coriander leaves mix well and covered it for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.

    Serve with curd..... enjoy.
