Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgreen moong dal
  2. 1 tspchop garlic
  3. 1 tspchop ginger
  4. 1onion chop
  5. 2green chilli chop
  6. 2 tbsptomato puree
  7. 1 tspchop coriander
  8. as per taste salt
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 2 tbspclarified butter

Cooking Instructions

    Take a dal wash and soak in 2 hours.

  2. 2

    After 2 hours take a pressure cooker put water then water boil put soaked dal,salt,turmeric mix cover with lid.

    After 1 whistle flame slow and cook in half an hour.

    After half an hour take a wok put clarified butter put chop garlic saute add ginger,onion and chilli saute then add all dry spices and tomato puree mix.Add cooked dal and simmer 5 minutes.

    Serve Green Moong dal garnish coriander.
