  • 1 cupdosa batter
  • 2 tablespoonsrava
  • 2boiled aloo
  • Handfulkadipatta coriander leaves chopped
  • 1Green chili stopped
  • 1onions chopped
  • PinchHing
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 1/2 cup curd

    Take one mixing bowl arrange dosa batter then add chopped coriander, chopped onion and chillies, remove the outer skin of boiled aloo, gradually add rava, curd,jeera,hing and salt.

    Mix all these things together. Grease appe pan then spread aloo batter, cook in low flame once it's done flip it off.
