But here I prepared protein powder with using most the protein sources.
You can mix protein powder with milk daily.
You have to store protein powder in an airtight container so it will stay fresh for up to 2 months.
You have to roast all the nuts in a proper manner before making a powder.

Ingredients

30 minutes
2 peoples
  1. 1/2 cuproasted peanuts
  2. 3/4 cuproasted bengal grams
  3. 1/2 cuproasted almonds
  4. 1/ 2 cup roasted cashews
  5. 2-3 tbsproasted pistachios
  6. 1/2 cuproasted walnuts
  7. 2-3 tbsproasted pumpkin seeds
  8. 2-3 tbsproasted melon seeds
  9. 2-3 tbsproasted sunflower seeds
  10. 1-2 tbsproasted flax seeds
  11. 1/2 cupoats
  12. 1/2 cupmilk powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, take a nonstick pan and roast peanuts and Bengal grams one by one.

    After that, roast almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios and keep them aside on a plate. Next, roast sunflower seeds, melon seeds, flax seeds & pumpkin seeds. Keep aside on a plate.

    Further, roast oasts and keep aside all the nuts on a plate & cool down properly.

    Once all the nuts come in room temperate or cool down then transfer to mixer jar and blend to fine powder. Make sure you have to pulse and blend to prevent oil release.

    Furthermore, sieve the powder to have a smooth powder. Also, add milk powder and mix well. & store it in an airtight container.

    To prepare a protein milk heat the 2 cup milk in medium flame and add 2 tbsp protein powder & mix well. Finally, enjoy protein milk.
