2-Minute Apple Custard in the Microwave

I love cooked apples such as the filling in apple pies. When apples are in season during autumn and winter, I always feel like eating rich apple pie with custard! But it takes time to bake it...and I don't want to wait that long to eat. So I decided to just make the filling and it turned out delicious.
All you need to do is to cut the apple, mix, microwave and mix again. Quickly mix the apple after microwaving it but be careful not to burn your hand with the hot bowl.
It fills you up more when you eat with other foods but this alone is also rich and satisfying. I recommended this when you want to eat something sweet right away. Recipe by Iamitsuki

Steps
- 1
Peel the apple and remove the core. Dice into 1.5 cm cubes. Put all the ingredients marked with ○ in a heat-resistant bowl.
- 2
Combine all the dry ingredients and sift into the bowl with a tea strainer. Mix them together thoroughly.
- 3
Microwave the mixture at 500 W for 2 minutes without plastic wrap. Remove from the microwave and mix well. Add the lemon juice and mix everything together.
- 4
Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with cocoa powder and it's done. This tastes great piping hot or chilled...enjoy in any style you like.
- 5
Here's a special version: It also tastes great when you substitute cinnamon powder for cocoa powder.
- 6
Enjoy it as a topping on crepes or sliced bread, a filling for cream puffs or bread dough, or a sauce on ice cream or yogurt.
