8 Namul Bibimbap with Lots of Vegetables

This nutritiously balanced bibimbap with plenty of vegetables, meat, and eggs is one of our family favorites. It especially comes in handy when I'm busy.
As long as you do the prep in advance, the only thing you need to do is to put the toppings on rice. It's also easy to make namul if you have the sauce in stock!
There are no rules as to what kind of namul you should put in bibimbap, but you should have at least 5 kinds considering the balance of the textures and tastes. Choose a bunch of your favorite kinds, mix well, and enjoy. Don't forget to add gochujang! Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei
