Spicy Baked Miso & Mayonnaise Chicken Breasts

"Let's have yakitori!" I said as I looked at my fridge. I didn't have any chicken thighs.
Breast meat isn't that juicy, so use mayonnaise to make it juicy!
Adjust the amounts of miso and mayo as you prefer. Please adjust the heat on your grill when you cook them. Cook them thoroughly in Step 4 and make sure they brown in Step 5, and then just leave them to cook.
I burn these a lot, so be careful when you cook them. Recipe by hiromi_ja

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Season with sake, salt, and pepper.
- 2
Boil some water in a pot and boil the bean sprouts and chives. Drain them and then once again boil some water. While waiting on the water to boil, mix together all the ■ ingredients.
- 3
Next, just like in the picture, form some aluminum foil into a tray above the grate and add in the chicken from Step 1. Pour in some water underneath the rack.
- 4
Next grill it on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, until it starts to turn golden brown. When it does, turn it over!
- 5
Next, take the sauce you made in Step 2 and coat the chicken with it. Once again grill it, but this time on medium-low heat, until it's golden brown. Be careful not to overcook it.
- 6
Place the boiled bean sprouts and chives on a large plate and top with the chicken. It's done! You don't even have to clean your grill.
- 7
In Step 2 you can also easily prep them in the microwave! Put the bean sprouts and the Chinese chives on a plate, cover them with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Then just use them as is.

Chicken Breast with Wasabi Mayonnaise Chicken Breast with Wasabi Mayonnaise
I wanted to make a delicious dish using chicken breast meat. I tried different grated seasonings with soy sauce mixed with mayonnaise. And I thought wasabi was the best choice.By the way, I tried mustard, whole grain mustard, umeboshi (salt-cured plum) paste, yuzu pepper paste, etc.The spiciness of wasabi tones down after a while once you open the package. So if the spiciness is not enough, add 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of wasabi instead of 1 and 1/2 teaspoons. I make this often for bento as it's not so greasy even when it's cooled off. But if I don't make a lot more than I need for bento, my boyfriend polishes it off for breakfast. Recipe by Mine neko cookpad.japan -

Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce
I'm trying out various methods right now for how to make chicken breast meat tender and delicious. It's cheap and healthy. I use the egg white left over from baking in chicken dishes. The sugar used to marinate the chicken tenderizes it too.If you cut up the chicken, wrap it in 100 g portions and freeze it; it's very handy. When cooking the chicken, if you touch them before the coating has hardened, it will slide off and stick the pan, so be careful. If it looks like the chicken is getting burned, turn off the heat for a while. Since you'll be simmering the chicken in Step 6, you don't have to cook the chicken through in Step 5.
