Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped methi
  2. 1 cupmuli leaves (radish leaves)
  3. 2 cupsbesan
  4. 1 cupwheat flour
  5. 1/2 cuprice flour
  6. 2 tablespoonsgreen chillies paste
  7. 2 tablespoonsGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 3 Tbspoil
  11. 2 tbspbutter
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tspcarom seeds

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes

    In a big bowl add methi muli leaves, add red chili powder, turmeric powder salt. carom seeds.mix well and crush veggies will start leaving the water.

    Now add all flours, green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste. heat tadaka pan adds oil once hot. pour it on flour.mix well add water. make dough.

    Rest it for 30 minutes. now heat tawa. Divide dough into small balls. roll out paratha. cook from both sides.

    Put butter. serve hot with tomato chutney. Sorry pic is not good. took it in hurry.
