Badam Milk Shake is made by grinding almonds, mixed with water or milk, and then filtering the mixture to make a product that looks like milk and has a nutty taste.
I have recreated this from original recipe, 'Badam Shake' by Cookpad Gujarati Author, Ketki Dave @ketki_10.

For making Almonds paste:-
First soak the almonds in water for 8 to 10 hours or overnight. Then after soaking period, peel the almonds. Add the almonds into blender. Add 2 tbsp of milk and blend it to paste. - 2
For Custard mixture:-
Mix the custard powder and 2 tbsp milk in a small bowl - 3
In saucepan, boil ½ litre milk. When the milk boils, then add sugar, cardamom powder, pinch of jaiphal, custard mixture in it. Mix well and boil the mixture on low flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add saffron syrup and almond paste. Mix well and cook till it boils for 5 to 7 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

When the milk starts to thicken a little, turn off the gas. Let it cool down at room temperature. Then refrigerate almonds milk if you want it chilled. Badam Milk Shake is ready.

Decorate serving glasses by saffron syrup. Pour Badam Milk Shake into serving glasses. Garnish with finely chopped almonds and pistachios.

Serve chilled with ice cubes or serve hot without refrigerating.
