Heat clarified butter (ghee) in pan add grated potatoes and sugar stir constantly till sugar dissolve properly.

Now add coarsely grounded roasted almonds, rose water stir constantly, cook till it leaves pan. Add cardamom powder mix properly, transfer to greased plate.

Sprinkle almonds & pistachios slice & let it cool. Cut into desired shape & relish.
