stripsSliced ginger
Tomato
Mushroom
Fried garlic
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspShaoxing wine
1 dropSesame oil
1 tbspWater
Coriander or spring onion

Put fish on top of ginger. Add tomato and mushroom into steam plate.

Add soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil and water

Steam for 8 min

Meanwhile fry chopped garlic until crispy. And put on top of fish as garnish
