Peel the kabocha squash and dice. Microwave or boil them until soft.

Slice the cucumbers and sprinkle with salt. Place them in a colander.

When the cucumber slices are becoming soft, squeeze out the excess water.

When soft, drain the kabocha and put in a bowl and lightly smash it.

Add the cucumber slices and raisins to the kabocha.

Add the heavy cream, salt and pepper and combine.

Taste and adjust the seasoning.
