  1. Fish
  2. Garlic, ginger
  3. Curry
  4. Spices
  5. Thyme
  6. Onion
  7. Pepper
  8. Lemon or potash
  9. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish with lemon or potash let it dry

  2. 2

    In a pot add oil, onion, pepper, garlic, ginger,fry for 5min

  3. 3

    Then add the spices with curry and thyme, add fish let cook for 5min

  4. 4

    You can eat with rice or spaghetti or any type of food. enjoy
