Spicy Mexican Fajita Bento

I wanted a bento of my favorite Mexican cuisine.
I used brown rice and other grain garnished with an umeboshi (pickled plum) in the picture. Next to the fajitas, I added two sides of grapes. The kombu on the rice was cooked the rice. Recipe by Pinkuro-zuv.

Steps
- 1
Mince the garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half, then thinly slice. Cut the onions, peppers, and celery into slivers.
- 2
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper, and sake.
- 3
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions, then add the garlic. Add the chicken and fry.
- 4
Add all the veggies and cayenne powder and fry. Season again with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Once everything is cooked, it's done. (The tomatoes will simmer down.)
