Baked Banana Bread (Air Fryer)

The other day I tried making baked banana yogurt bread in the air fryer, but today I didn’t have yogurt so I tried a different recipe. It still turned out very fragrant, delicious, and soft!

The other day I tried making baked banana yogurt bread in the air fryer, but today I didn’t have yogurt so I tried a different recipe. It still turned out very fragrant, delicious, and soft!
Steps
- 1
Beat the egg with the sugar until dissolved and slightly frothy. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- 2
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3
Mash or blend 3 bananas with the honey (save a little honey to brush on top of the bread later). If you have extra cereal, you can add it in for texture.
- 4
Line a 6-inch (16 cm) baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- 5
Mix the three prepared mixtures (from steps 1, 2, and 3) together until just combined, then pour into the prepared pan. Slice the remaining banana and arrange on top for decoration. Bake in the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes. Remove and brush the top with the reserved honey. Bake again at 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes at 250°F (120°C) until done.
