Boil the pasta with a lot of salt until al dente.

Add the garlic, chili pepper, and oil to a frying pan and slowly cook.

Add the canned tomatoes, 1/2 ladle of the pasta's boiling water, and the consomme, and bring to a simmer. Add the cheese to melt.

Coat the pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
