My dish is inspired by my tradition since I am African ,in most ceremonies that us as Africans have there is always steam bread and I decided to add colour and flavour to it.

Mix flour, yeast, sugar,salt together and add water stir until smooth. Add coriander, rosemary and carrots to the mix and let to sit covered for 10 minutes. Take a microwave safe bowl rub a little bit of oil and then add the mixture.

Tip: boil water in a pot then you can put the bowl inside the pot, make sure the pot is closed and don't open the pot during the process.
