This is a traditional dish that I used to take made by my mother and to date it's on my list cause it's amazingly yummy and very healthy!

In a cooking pot add cooking oil then onions fry as you stir till golden brown then add your meat, garlic, ginger, chilli and salt fry as you stir till well golden

Add your tomatoes fry as you stir till it forms a paste

Add your arrowroots, potatoes and bananas and fry as you stir for about 4-5 minutes

Add water, cover and let it boil under moderate heat for about 20minutes till it starts thickening

Add coriander, mix well and let it cook for about two minutes and it's ready to serve
