Arrange all your ingredients on your work station and put a deep frying pan on fire

Add both palm oil and veg oil, once it’s hot, pour the pepper mixture; do not stir till oil starts to float on the top except it starts to burn on time

Stir till the raw taste is gone, add your cooked beef, salt and Maggi and cover the pot

Place on low heat till it’s cooked through, remove from heat and serve with hot white rice
