Arrange all mentioned ingredients in one place.

Take a mixing bowl, add oats powder, besan, flax seed powder, Peanut powder, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric powder, and mix it well.

Then add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, ginger, chili, and coriander leaves, and add water to make a thick batter and mix it well. Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes add fruit salt with little water and mix it well.

Heat up the pan, pour some oil spread the oil around wipe it out with a tissue. Now pour a ladleful of batter to make a small pancake, cook it on medium flame.

When seeing the bubbles on the pancake after 5 minutes, drizzle 2-3 drops of oil on it, then flip. Cook pancake from both sides until it turns golden brown.
