Dry roast the oats in a pan. Cool and grind it to powder. Add all the rest of ingredients, one by one, mix nicely and add little water to make a pouring consistency batter.

Check the seasoning, heat a non-stick girdle, grease it and wipe. Make two small pan cakes at a time. Cook on both sides, on a medium flame. Apply little ghee/oil and cook till crisp.

Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
