Cut the onion fry it and then add your spinach, half of beef stock, barberque spice, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Wait until the spinach is well cooked, and in the separate pot, fry your chicken livers, you can cut them into small pieces.

Add the chicken livers inside the spinach pot, mix together and let them cook for 3 minutes.

Allow the spinach and chicken livers to cool down, then add your mayonnaise, refrigerate and serve cool.
