This is a macrobiotic cracker featuring okara, which is high in healthy nutrients.

If using fresh okara, cook out the moisture it in the microwave beforehand while carefully keeping an eye on it. Stop to mix it from time to time.

Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula. Add the water and olive oil and mix well, being careful not to knead.

Thinly spread out the dough over a baking pan (using a plastic bag over your hands is convenient) and cut into desired sizes. Pierce the dough with a fork to ventilate.

Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes and they're complete.
