Ingredients

2 people
  1. Halfkg minced meat
  2. 1red onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. Oil
  5. 4garlic cloves
  6. 1red chilli
  7. Paprika
  8. Turmeric
  9. Salt
  10. 1royco cube

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil minced meat for five minutes until all the water evaporates

  2. 2

    In a separate sufuria, boil water and add tomatoes. Peel off the tomato skin and add in a blender together with the onions, garlic and chillies. Blend until smooth.

    Once minced meat is dry, add oil and fry for 3 minutes. Add in the blended mixture.

    Mix well and add spices, salt and a little bit of water. Cover for 5 minutes.

    Uncover and serve with white rice, chapati or pasta of choice.
