Potato Donuts Pakooray
Planning to make pakooray today but when I saw giant potatoes so thought to make potatoes Donut Pakooray.
Potatoes are everyone’s favourite. I love anything made of potatoes. When you have kids in home they’ll really enjoy this treat.
Don’t waste the left out edges . Make mixed Pakooray and add onion , palak chopped and dhania
I always add the same ingredients in baisan batter , since few years adding egg white for crispness. This time I am adding little garam masala and orange food colour in the batter;
It taste amazing.
#Some useful Tips :
•••Add egg white before frying;;
•••No need to add meetha soda if using eggwhite because donut coating should be neat.
••• if making normal Pakooray then add little meetha soda
••• if making donuts for kids then you can skip garam masala
••• don’t add too much food colour
••• You can make any pakooray in this batter just add fresh coriander and green chillies too.

Cooking Instructions

Take big potatoes, wash and peel them.

Cut in donut shape and soaked in chill water till you make a batter.

Mix Salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, haldi, garam masala in baisan and make a batter.

Before frying and egg white in baisan batter and beat well.

Dip potatoes donuts in baisan batter and carefully fry till golden.
- 6
Serve immediately with my special salsa.
