I had radish soaked in dressing left over from when I made a salad, so I stuffed it in a sandwich. It was delicious.

I had radish soaked in dressing left over from when I made a salad, so I stuffed it in a sandwich. It was delicious.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 sliceSliced sandwich bread
  2. 1Butter or margarine
  3. 2 sliceCured ham
  4. 2* Thinly sliced radish
  5. 1 tspFrench dressing
  6. 1/2 tspOlive oil
  7. 1/4 tspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Use a slicer to slice the radish thinly. Put all the ingredients marked * into a bowl and marinate the radish.

  2. 2

    Butter one slice of bread, top with the ham, and then line the ham with radish slices.

  3. 3

    Close the sandwich and lightly press down on the top with your hands. Wrap and leave for a while. Remove the crusts, cut into bite-size pieces and enjoy.
