2 tbspnyeast
1/4tspn of salt
1and1/4 cup of water
3 tbspnsugar

Sieve the flour in a bowl,add the yeast,sugar,salt and mix

Add the water little by little mix well close with parchment paper until it doubles in size

Fry in oil till golden brown

You can serve with condensed or prinkle of sugar and milk powder
