Mix wheat flour, salt, Kasoori methi, and carom seed.

Now add ghee and mix all the things very well.

Now take the flour in your and try to make Laddu.

Now add a little bit of water and knead the dough (don’t add water at one time).

Knead the dough and cover it with a muslin cloth.
Leave the dough for rest at least 15 to 20 Minutes. - 6
After 15 minutes take the dough and make small balls of the dough.

Spread it with the help of a rolling pin. Heat the oil and fry them.

Poori is ready to Serve.
