Today we're making poha, a delicious breakfast dish loaded with peanuts and full of flavor.

Rinse the poha thoroughly and set it aside in a strainer to drain.

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the cooking oil, then add the mustard seeds. Once they start to pop, add the peanuts and fry until golden brown.

Add the turmeric powder, then add the poha. Stir well, then add salt and dried mango powder. Mix everything together and turn off the heat.

Stir in the cilantro and serve hot.
