An amazing Non-Veg dish from my kitchen for you all. It's a semi dry dish full of healthy Proteins and Carbs.
Not only is it healthy but it's also delicious to the last bite.
The best part is that it goes very well for all the three important meals of a day.
However I prefer it for Breakfast alongside Rotis or Parathas on a weekend.
You can enjoy it on any day you wish to have something different and unique.
That's it. As simple as that. You can add or subtract the addition of spices according to your family's preferences.
And you can double or triple the recipe as well.

Steps

Heat oil and saute the onions. Add tomatoes and the masalas next. Cook them for a few minutes until mushy and soft. Now add Mince and Liver pieces. Mix well and cook with a lid on for about 7-8 minutes. Keep the heat on a low.

Keep stirring in between to keep an eye on it. It should not get burnt at the bottom. Do not add any water to it. It will be done in no time at all. As it is a semi dry dish, it will be perfect with all the masalas blending so very well.

Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot alongside Hyderabadi Khatti Daal or Hyderabadi Kaddu ka Dalcha etc. You will definitely love it for your main meals. Enjoy! Yum!
