  • Tamarind(tsamiya
  • Water
  • Sugar or honey
  • IceCube(kankara)
  • Cinnamon,ginger (optional

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean pot bring water to a boil, wash your tamarind properly.

  2. 2

    Then transfer it to your boiling water allow to cook for 15 to20mins.

  3. 3

    Live to cool completely then work into the pulp with your hands to separate the seed from the pulp,

  4. 4

    Once done strain with strainer& add sugar or honey to taste,serve chilled by putting icecubes or refrigerating.

  5. 5

    But if you want to take it to next level or rather different variations you can add grated ginger, or cinnamon to enhance the taste😋enjoy this chilled with snack of your choice
