  • 2 2/3 cupsfresh grenier beans (about 400 grams)
  • 4 piecesbeef
  • 2sliced onions
  • 2diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1chili pepper
  • Salt, turmeric, black pepper, and cumin

    Sauté the beef and onions.

    Remove the beans from their pods, then wash and drain them. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Grate the garlic.

    Add the beans, tomatoes, and garlic to a large pot. Pour in hot water, add the bay leaves and chili pepper, and let it cook. Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
