Cassoulet with Fresh Grenier Beans

Sauté the beef and onions.

Remove the beans from their pods, then wash and drain them. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Grate the garlic.

Add the beans, tomatoes, and garlic to a large pot. Pour in hot water, add the bay leaves and chili pepper, and let it cook. Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
