Cut the pork, season with herb salt, and add flour, egg, and bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until good color.

Shred onion. Put seasonings in pan and cook onion.

After onion is softened, cook Tonkatsu. Then add egg over Tonkatsu.

Sprinkle the eggs from above and simmer for about 30 seconds. Most eggs are raw, but turn off the heat and leave the lid on for about a minute.

Put it on cooked rice and garnish with green leaves and red ginger. Enjoy ㊗️🇯🇵🤩
