  • 4 1/4 ozcarrots (about 120 grams)
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 3 tablespoonsParmesan cheese

    Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.

  2. 2

    Mix the carrots with all the other ingredients in a bowl, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Roast the carrots in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parsley to taste and serve.
