Cut potato into mid-size pieces. Wash peas & potato very well.

Take cooker to add oil & saute jeera & hing. Grind tomato & ginger in the grinder. add this paste on jeera & hing.

Saute masala till color changes. Now add salt Mirchi coriander powder to it. Add some drops of water & cover the masala with a lid.

When oil separate adds aloo & matar in it & roast it on low flame for 2 or 3 min. Add a half a small cup of water for 1 whistle.

It ready. Garnish it with garam masala Kasuri methi & chopped ginger slices. Very much tasty & quick prepare recipe.
