  • 1 cupflour
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 2 teaspoonspepper
  • Chunks of cod or snapper
  • Canola oil

    Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag

  2. 2

    Add cod to the plastic bag and shake well ensuring fish is completely covered

  3. 3

    Fry the fish till golden brown in canola oil

  4. 4

    Allow to rest and dry on a baking grill
