  1. 250 gramgreen chilli
  2. 1 cupgarlic pods
  3. 2 inchGinger
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 2 tbspMusterd oil
  6. 1 tbspmusterd seed,,, cumin seed
  7. 1/4 tbspturmeric, red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbspcitric acid

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all ingredients, clean n wash green chilli, peel of garlic n ginger, make a fine paste

    Heat a pan, add oil, heat it now add, all spice's accordingly,add green chilli paste, cook it,till oil became came out, remove from heat,add citiric acid and set in container, self life 2 or 3 months
