Ingredients

250g
  1. 250 gcooked beetroot
  2. 20 gcrème fraiche
  3. 1heaped tsp of horseradish sauce
  4. 2 tbsplemon juice
  5. Salt and pepper - optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop the beetroot in small cubes and set in a bowl with the crème fraiche. Mix until becomes of a gorgeous colour. Add the horseradish sauce and combine. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and the relish is ready. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
