Almost forgot to take a pic lol This is the left overs. Its so good and I recommend eatting it with the topping. It's also good on a turkey sandwich but of course with out the topping.🙂

Ingredients

  1. 2 (3 oz)packages raspberry jello
  2. 1 (3 oz)package cherry jello
  3. 3 cupsboiling water
  4. 1 cupcold water with ice
  5. 1large orange washed leave rind on and cut up and seed
  6. 1 (12 oz)package fresh cranberries washed and dried then freeze
  7. 2apples with skin on washed and cut up I like gala and granny Smith
  8. 1 can (20 oz)crushed pineapple in juice don't drain
  9. 1 1/2 cupswalnuts chopped
  10. topping * note I always double this
  11. 1 (16 oz)container sour cream
  12. 1 (10 oz)bag mini marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve jello in hot water then stir in cold water and set aside

  2. 2

    In a food processor grind up orange till finally chopped then add in cranberries and chop up finely

  3. 3

    Place mixture in a 9 × 13 inch non metal dish

  4. 4

    Grind or chop up apples till finely chopped

  5. 5

    Then mix with cranberry orange mixture

  6. 6

    Mix in jello, pineapple, and walnuts and mix well

  7. 7

    Cover and chill overnight

  8. 8

    Topping

  9. 9

    Mix sour cream and mini marshmallows, all together

  10. 10

    Cover and chill overnight mix well and spread over cranberry relish or serve with it.
