Soaked til for 5 to 6 hours & then grind to make a fine paste. Fig also soak in warm water till soft. Make it's smooth paste also.

Now take a nonstick pan & roast suji without ghee for 2 to 3 min. Now add ghee, & til
paste. Roast it till brown on mid flame. - 3
When it becomes golden brown add fig dough again roast it for some time remove the rawness of fig. Now add 2 cup of warm water.

Cook it till water absorbed nicely. At last add gur, elaichi powder & chopped dry fruits.

Halwa is ready, cover it with lid for some time for best aroma. Healthy,tasty & different flavour halwa for winters.

I used less sugar because of fig' s sweetness also added.
