  • 8Hamaguri clams
  • 600 mlWater
  • 2 tbsp☆ Mentsuyu
  • 1 dash☆ Salt
  • 1/2 tspBonito dashi stock granules
  • 1Mitsuba
  • 1Small green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Desand the clams.

  2. 2

    Boil the water and add the dashi. Add the clams. Once the shells have opened up, add the ☆ ingredients.

  3. 3

    Garnish with mitsuba or thin green onion and it's done!
