8Hamaguri clams
600 mlWater
2 tbsp☆ Mentsuyu
1 dash☆ Salt
1/2 tspBonito dashi stock granules
1Mitsuba
1Small green onion

Steps

Desand the clams.

Boil the water and add the dashi. Add the clams. Once the shells have opened up, add the ☆ ingredients.

Garnish with mitsuba or thin green onion and it's done!
