Tak a pan add 1 little water to a boil Add salt as needed.

When the water comes to a boil, add pasta cook al dente following the instructions on the pakt.

Drain off in a colander and rinse to remove extra starch.

Put a pan on the stov with another 2-3 tbsp oil. when hot saute garlic and red chilli flakes until they turn fragrant.

Add chopped onion,saute until the raw smell goes away.

Add the pasta sauce,tomata kachhap and salt mix and cook 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta, oregano and black pepper powder, mix and cook 2-3 minutes.

Put cheese on your pasta and sreved hot then your yummy pasta is ready.
