Cooking Instructions

Cut the apple into 1 cm cubes. Transfer into a bowl, mix in the * ingredients, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600W covering with plastic wrap.

Add the egg → milk → pancake mix in that order, and mix each time. Microwave without the plastic wrap for 7 minutes at 500W.

Flip it on the plate.

The cake comes out nicely. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder if you like, and it's done.
