Made in the Microwave! Super Easy Brown Sugar Steamed Bread

I often wondered if non-raised steamed bread would work. I tried out various things and finally made a soft steamed bread just like the kind you get at the store This is the recipe!
You just have to microwave the batter!
Just make sure you don't over-mix the batter. When microwaving, there's a chance the cake will shrink and become tough, so watch over the cake as it cooks. Once the batter hardens, it's done. Adjust the cooking time according to your container, ingredient quantities, and microwave. Recipe by Tmam

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Crack an egg into a bowl and lightly mix. Don't over-mix.
- 2
Add the flour, brown sugar, and baking powder. Fold in gently.
- 3
Add the melted butter and lightly mix. Last, add the milk and lightly mix.
- 4
Grease a heatproof bowl with vegetable oil and pour the batter in. Add the raisins.
- 5
Cook in the microwave. At first, cook for 5 minutes. But, be sure to watch it as it cooks! When the dough rises and the liquid has boiled away, it's time to stop it (it took 2:30 minutes for me).
